"MBD made our home building experience fulfilling and fun!

After our retirement, we decided it was a good time to make a change and make a dream come true. We looked at existing homes but did not find our perfect fit. We looked at production homes but again were not satisfied. We decided on designing a custom home. After interviewing several custom homes builders, we were alerted to MBD Custom Homes. We met with Keith and his team. He helped us formalize our sketches and ideas into working plans.I am process driven and focus on details. I found that Keith shared these same traits and had a genuine care for the services he provided and valued customer satisfaction. Duane and Danielle were also a big part of the excitement and enjoyment of the build process. Communication was excellent. Any time we had thoughts, questions, or concerns, they were there to listen and explain to our satisfaction.

After moving in, we have experienced minimal issues and MBD’s follow up was timely and thorough. Bottom line, trusting MBD with our home build and dream was fun and has been Rewarding."

Mike & Patty met with MBD Homes 2 years before construction of their home in Hinckley. They struggled to find the right location. Throughout that time, MBD stayed in contact with Mike & Patty. Through that time MBD helped educate them on land. Finally Mike & Patty found an existing home on two acres. MBD Homes removed the existing home and began the process to build their custom dream home!

"Our experience with MBD was one of excellence! We were set to build with a more nationally known company but after talking with others in the neighborhood. We learned that MBD had built a lot of the beautiful homes to which they all had a positive experience with Keith and his team. After our first meeting with Keith we were blown away by the knowledge he had on all aspects of building and that he would be directly involved and not just pass us off to other employees. Another amazing advantage is we were able to pick from many options not just a handful preselected options.

The process was step by step he worked with us on building our dream home within our budget. Keith and his team handled all the paperwork from approvals with the HOA to occupancy with the city.Whenever we had a direct question for him, he was available to answer.Danielle the office/design coordinator was an absolute GEM! She offered to help pick out design options and helped piece together our vision. She was friendly and funny but when we had an issue with the bank she dealt with it. She was the calm to my anxiety!

Duane was our project manager; he was awesome every time we came over and would answer our questions. He took the time on our house to make sure even the smallest detail was perfect!

There was so much communication from them we always knew what was going on. We would definitely build again with MBD. They treated us like family and still check in to see how the house and we are doing. They take pride in their work and it shows!"
