MBD Homes provides customers with an education on the lot process/selection and will also with do the homework with you! If that is helping to find a lot or find out the soil conditions, we will be right by your side to make sure it’s the right lot for you!
Customers will meet one on one with our Architect to create their dream home! Throughout this design process the customer is hands on starting with the foundation and working the way up!
Our approach allows the customers to be in control of how and where they are spending their own money! Through an allowance program, customers have the option to upgrade design selections without spending more money!
From the groundbreaking to the finishing touches our customers deeply are involved! We provide weekly updates on the project and scheduling, along with the scheduled design meetings in the field. We also provide customers with progress photos!
